These Terms of Use apply to sanchezbrokerage.com (the “Site”), operated by Sanchez Brokerage LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the Site or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. Information only, not advice
Guides, FAQs, and other content on the Site are general information about real estate in New York. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice, and laws change. For advice about your situation, consult an attorney, accountant, or other qualified professional. Using the Site does not by itself create a broker-client relationship; that relationship begins only when we sign a written agreement with you.
2. Listings
We work to keep listings accurate, but prices, availability, features, and measurements come from owners and other sources and can change without notice. Listings are not offers, and all information should be verified independently. A listing may be withdrawn or rented or sold at any time.
3. Accounts
If you create an account to save listings or searches, you agree to give accurate information and to keep your password confidential. You’re responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Site for anything unlawful; submit false or misleading information, including on applications; scrape, copy, or republish listings or content in bulk; try to access other users’ accounts or interfere with the Site’s operation; or post content that is discriminatory, harassing, or infringes someone else’s rights.

6. Information you submit
When you send us a message, application, or account details, you allow us to use that information to respond to you and provide our services, including sharing application information with landlords, owners, or program agencies you ask us to work with. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Our content
The Site’s text, graphics, logos, and design belong to Sanchez Brokerage LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
8. Links to other sites
The Site links to government agencies, application forms, and other third-party sites. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanchez Brokerage LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
